are payments made from my account?
A. 18 days after your billing date. When you receive your
Qwest bill, deduct your payment amount from
your check register.
What
if I dispute the amount on my billing?
A. Within 5 days after the receipt
of your bill call the
Qwest Automatic Payment Center at 1-800-851-0134
to request
a stop payment.
